In order to ensure a pleasant and uninterrupted stay, please adhere to the following house rules!

Arrival - departure
Our apartment can be occupied from 14:00.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 upon departure. Please inform one of the owners in advance of the exact time by SMS!
In case of departure before the booked time, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
Upon arrival, guests must be registered in the registration system of the Hungarian Tourist Agency. For this, the guests' personal identification document is required.
When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and the door!
Turn off the heating, lights, air conditioning,
We want you to feel at home! Treat the equipment and household items as your own and please take care of them so that they can serve you and other guests again next time!
Cleaning
The apartment is given to guests in a clean condition. During their stay, they must keep it tidy.
A broom, dustpan and mop set are available in the cupboard under the sink for this purpose.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are not changed during a 1-week stay. After that, a new set of all textiles will be placed in the apartment for another 1 week.
We can also provide an earlier change upon request.
Final cleaning is part of the service, not the guest's responsibility.
During your stay, we provide washing-up liquid, sponge, liquid soap, toilet paper, and 1 coffee capsule for each guest according to the number of guests listed in the reservation.
If you need a replacement, please let us know!
Meals
During your stay in the apartment, guests are responsible for their own meals; we cannot provide meals.
Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the apartment or violation of the house rules.
The host is not responsible for the guests' belongings!
About safety
As in any household, something may break or malfunction in the apartment through no fault of the guests. If you notice any abnormalities, please report them to the host immediately on the above phone numbers in order to prevent possible serious damage!
Only the persons specified at the time of booking may stay in the apartment. Strangers are not allowed in the apartment!
The apartment is for relaxation! Out of consideration for the other residents of the house, we ask everyone to refrain from noisy activities after 10:00 p.m.! Furthermore, we ask you not to make noise when returning home at night or in the early morning, neither on the street nor in the apartment or on the terrace!
In the event of an unexpected emergency or fire, call 112!
Closing the apartment and the gate
Please close the entrance to the apartment (1 turn) and the garden gate when you leave!
Pets
Small pets are allowed in the apartment!
Hot water
A 100 l boiler provides hot water in the apartment, as it operates on night electricity, so it only receives electricity during certain periods. Therefore, it does not heat constantly, so it is possible that if several people take a bath in succession, the hot water will run out, which will only heat up again after a certain time.
SMOKING IS NOT PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT, IT IS ONLY ALLOWED ON THE TERRACE!
Garbage disposal
General household waste can be collected in the trash can under the sink in the kitchen. When it is full, please empty it into the large trash cans next to the door! A clean trash bag is located in the top drawer of the kitchen cabinet.
Selective collection
Plastic, paper and metal waste no longer need to be collected separately, it is enough to put it in one bag. A separate bag for this can be found next to the trash can. It can be thrown into any selective trash can.
Please flatten non-returnable boxes and bottles!
Kitchen equipment
The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen suitable for temporary stays. It contains equipment for a maximum of 4 people.
Parking
Parking is possible in the parking lot in front of the house. We can provide free parking for one car for our guests.
